Mr. Erich Phillips
Erich Phillips is a self-starter and entrepreneur from Dallas, Texas. After many rewarding years working for non-profit organizations in the USA, Erich and his wife Dana began their expat lives 8 years ago in China. It was in Ningbo, China, where he built a community center and restaurant to help bridge the culture gap between East and West. After moving to Cambodia, Erich quickly found likeminded friends and started the first distributing craft brewery in the Kingdom. Cerevisia Craft Brewery has received recognition from National Geographic, Beer Advocate, and several regional publications. In addition to starting a brewery, Erich also established the Craft Brewer’s Association of Cambodia, Botanico Restaurant, and Craft Beer Garden on St. 144. Working in the Food & Beverage industry has been enjoyable, and the most rewarding aspect has been in the creation of community. Erich believes in the “Third Place”, which is where we go after work or outside of our home. It’s the place where everyone knows your name. Erich looks forward to creating a “Third Place” for our AmCham community and supporting your business needs in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
