- [Meet Our Board](https://amchamcambodia.net/about-us/meet-our-board/): About AmCham About the Board of Govenors AmCham’s Board of Governors sit for a two-year term and may stand for re-election at the end of their term. Governor terms are staggered – one year four seats are up for election, and the following year, the other five seats become available. Following each annual election, the Board elects officers: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer from among the sitting Board members. Terms for these board positions are one year.
