Casey is the President of CamEd Business School as well as a professor. He is an expert in IFRS and has trained many professionals from the Big Four, the General Department of Taxation, and listed companies. Casey has served as President of AmCham Cambodia for two years after serving for two years as Treasurer. Previously, he was a World Bank consultant in the area of public sector financial reporting. Until 2021, Casey served for many years as a volunteer advisor to the National Accounting Council of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as a member of the Working Group on Accounting, Tax, and Securities Markets for Microenterprises and SMEs of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He is a CFA charterholder, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
