In 2013, a few likeminded imbibers from the West joined our brew-master in a common goal: to find a craft beer, microbrewery, or libation in Phnom Penh that was reminiscent of home. You, too, may have experienced a similar day with limited results. It was because of this that we took matters into our own hands and began crafting full-bodied beers with iconic aromatics and a pleasing finish.
Our humble business has since grown from a “nano” brewing hobby into a microbrewery with a number of community taprooms, restaurants, and charitable initiatives. “Botanico Wine and Beer Garden” is our main restaurant brand within the Cerevisia Group.
Cerevisia is Latin for “beer,” and quality is a universal language. Our goal is that you find joy in the bottom of every glass.
