I. HMC Broiler is an integral part of our supply chain, established to add value to slaughter-aged broilers sourced directly from farmers within our Value Chain. Our core business activities include professional slaughtering process and the efficient distribution of products to diverse market channels across Cambodia.

Commitment to Quality and Safety By 2024, with the invaluable support of USAID’s HARVEST III GRANT, we have expanded our product portfolio to include both fresh and frozen options, ensuring guaranteed quality and safety for our consumers. Our offerings range from whole bird to an array of cut-up meats, including wing, drumstick, and chicken feet, designed to cater to daily market demand. All products are stored and transported in carefully controlled environments, such as cold rooms and refrigerated trucks, to maintain safety, consistent quality, and compliance with food safety standards.

III. Our Value Chain Excellence through advanced technical management, the use of high-quality feed, and superior genetics, our value chain produces cost-efficient and healthy broilers. This enables us to serve various market segments, including traditional market and modern trade channels, with high-quality products at affordable prices.
